Product and interface design

What this covers

Design goes wrong when it is handed over. A file gets approved, engineering discovers what it costs, and the product quietly becomes a compromise nobody chose.

We design and build in the same team, so feasibility is part of the design conversation instead of a bill that arrives afterwards. Strategy, flows and interface are shaped as one continuous system.

  • Product strategy
  • UX & user flows
  • UI design systems
  • Interactive prototypes
/ 02

Who it is for

  • Founders who need the product defined before engineering spend begins
  • Teams whose interface has grown inconsistent as features accumulated
  • Businesses with a working product that users still find difficult
/ 03

How we work

Strategy. What the product is for, who it serves, and which decisions matter most. This is where the expensive mistakes get caught.

Flows. The paths a user actually takes, mapped before any screen is decorated.

Interface. A design system rather than a pile of screens, so the product stays coherent as it grows.

Prototype. Interactive prototypes to test the real thing before it is engineered, when changing it is still cheap.

/ 05

Can you design without also building it?

Yes. Design is available on its own and you leave with the full system and prototypes. The advantage of keeping both with one team is that nothing gets designed that cannot be built within your scope.

/ 06

What do I actually receive?

Product strategy, UX flows, a UI design system and interactive prototypes, in a form your engineers can build from directly.

/ 07

How does pricing work?

Pricing is negotiated per project against an agreed written scope, not hourly and not from a fixed package list. You get a quote before committing, and payment terms are agreed upfront. Scope changes mid-build go through a written change order.

/ 08

Who owns the code you write?

You do, fully, from day one. Handover includes the repository, documentation and a walkthrough. There is no licence to buy back and nothing is held hostage.
