AI automation and internal tools

What this covers

Most automation projects fail because they start from the tool instead of the work. We start by finding the repetitive process that is actually costing you hours, then build the smallest reliable system that removes it.

In practice that means connected workflows between the systems you already run, AI assistants scoped to a real task rather than a demo, and internal tools that your team will still be using in a year.

  • System integrations
  • Internal tools

Who it is for

  • Teams losing hours to manual data entry, reporting or handoffs between tools
  • Businesses whose systems do not talk to each other and are bridged by a person
  • Founders who want AI inside the product, doing something specific and measurable

How we work

Map. We trace the actual process end to end, including the steps that only exist in someone's head, and identify where the time goes.

Scope. A written scope covering what gets automated, what deliberately stays manual, and what the failure path looks like when something upstream breaks.

Build. Workflows and integrations built against your real systems and real data, not a sandbox that behaves.

Handover. Documentation and a walkthrough so your team can adjust it. Automation nobody understands becomes a liability the first time it fails.

What can realistically be automated?

Work that is repetitive, rule-based and already happening on a schedule: moving data between systems, generating reports, routing requests, drafting repetitive content, reconciling records. Judgement-heavy work is a poor automation target and we will say so rather than sell it.

/ 06

Is this just connecting tools, or actual software?

Both, depending on what the job needs. Some problems are solved with a workflow between existing systems. Others need real software because the logic, the data model or the reliability requirement outgrows what a workflow tool can carry.

How does pricing work?

Pricing is negotiated per project against an agreed written scope, not hourly and not from a fixed package list. You get a quote before committing, and payment terms are agreed upfront. Scope changes mid-build go through a written change order.

/ 08

Who owns the code you write?

You do, fully, from day one. Handover includes the repository, documentation and a walkthrough. There is no licence to buy back and nothing is held hostage.
